Those of you in our user community who have Apple phones, we need to let you know a couple of things which are outside of our control which will affect the way that you use our service:
- because we are a newly developed app, we have to follow Apple’s latest technology framework. This means that we cannot support any phones older than an iPhone 6.
- If you have an iPhone 5 or older, please use our website to register and buy vouchers.
- As we have a philosophy of 100% of contributions going to the people we are trying to help, we use PayPal as our payment engine – they have the smallest commission charge of any of the online payment engines
- As we are not using ApplePay, Apple insist that we use a third party company as the online merchant clearance house. As we are a new (no history) and small (low value transactions) they have rejected our application
- When you use Pocket Angel Assist on iPhone you will have all of the same functionality as Android users EXCEPT that the payment link will send you back to the voucher payment pages on this site – sorry about this! If you prefer, you can use our website to register and buy vouchers.

We are pleased to say that we have resolved the glitch in the iOS version of the app, and the updates are available on the App Store.
